Motleys Acquires River City Auction & Realty, Welcomes Ernie Rogers to the Team!

Motleys Asset Disposition Group has acquired River City Auction & Realty, LLC, an auction firm based in Midlothian, VA.   Ernie Rogers, the owner of River City Auction & Realty, will assume the role of Broker in Charge and Director of Real Estate Auctions, and will oversee accelerated sales for residential real estate for Motleys Real Estate, luxury home sales for Motleys Masterpiece, foreclosure services for Fortis,  and commercial real estate for SVN/Motleys.  Mark Motley, President and CEO of Motleys, said, “We are very pleased to have acquired River City Auction & Realty and welcome Ernie Rogers to our team.  Ernie brings over 20 years of real estate auction experience to us and a level of sophistication that will be a great asset to growing our firm.” Motleys currently sells real estate all over the eastern United States.
