WRIC Covers Upcoming City of Richmond Tax Sale
The City of Richmond is auctioning off another 61 tax delinquent properties this week. Also on the auction block are 25 bank-owned homes in Petersburg.
The auction will be held Wednesday at 4 p.m. at Motley's in Richmond.
The tax delinquent sales in Richmond are part of an effort to clear the City's backlog of delinquent properties.
If you're interested in a property, you'll need cash or a cashier's check for the deposit the day of the auction.
