As a Licensed Broker, she provides expert buyer and seller representation across Richmond, Central Virginia, and beyond. Her specialties include traditional buyer & seller real estate transactions, investment portfolios, with an additional niche in auction services! Additionally, she oversees and directs government tax-delinquent property sales for Motleys and its clients.

A 2016 graduate of James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and a concentration in Public Health, Carly also brings the teamwork and discipline she honed as a Varsity Cheerleader for the Dukes. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Riley, being on the water, and supporting her husband's passion for drag racing.
