Ernie Rogers is the Real Estate Broker and an Auctioneer for Motleys Asset Disposition Group. Ernie has been selling real estate both by auction and traditional sales since 1998. Ernie specializes in selling lifestyle properties such as golf course homes, luxury homes, country homes, waterfront property, farms, recreational property, single family homes, and land.
Ernie is a Past President for the Virginia Auctioneers Association and was the 2004-2005 Virginia State Champion Auctioneer. Ernie is a former active duty Marine, a graduate of Arizona Western College, and was a banker for 17 years prior to starting his real estate and auction career in 1998. Ernie retired from the Air Force Reserves in 1996 at the rank of Captain. In January of 2019, Ernie was the recipient of the Virginia Hall of Fame award through the Virginia Auctioneers Association. Ernie is a Virginian native, and has traveled the world.
Ernie is a Real Estate Broker in Virginia and North Carolina and is licensed in several states as an Auctioneer. He holds several auction and real estate designations. Finally, Ernie and his team of auctioneers and bid assistants conduct about 80-85 benefit and fundraising, and charity auctions each year for non-profit organizations and private schools through Blacktie Benefit Auctions throughout Virginia, Maryland, Florida, North Carolina, and the District of Columbia. Ernie is one of the top auctioneers in Virginia. He is an active member of the Midlothian Rotary Club, the Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce, The Virginia Auctioneers Association, The Richmond Association of Realtors, and the Women’s Council of Realtors.
Ernie has been married since 1978 and has a son, a daughter, and resides with his family in Midlothian.
